After violently attacking the Platoon actor, she was arrested and brought before a judge. The attacker pleaded not guilty in a Los Angeles court on Tuesday, December 26th. She was charged with assault “with a deadly weapon likely to result in serious bodily injury.” The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office confirmed that she was also charged with “burglary.”

Bail was set “without prejudice at the scheduled amount of $75,000.” A judge also issued a temporary restraining order against Ms. Schrock. The verdict comes five days after TMZ reported that she allegedly forced her way into the My Uncle Charlie star's Malibu home and attacked him when he opened the door. According to media sources, the 47-year-old woman tore Charlie Sheen's shirt and attempted to strangle him before leaving the scene to return home.

The 58-year-old actor, who called emergency services, was treated at the scene by paramedics but was not taken to hospital.

Nevertheless, according to TMZ, the aggressive neighbor would not be her first crime. She would have sprayed the actor's car with a “sticky liquid” and, despite a cordial understanding between the two neighbors, repeated her attacks by throwing trash outside the door of Charlie Sheen's house, which this time would have alerted him to the police.

The subject of the dispute was not disclosed.
