Learn by talking
Aimigo has the appearance of one of the five characters “Learning series” (learning series) developed by the brand for each language taught (English, Spanish, Italian, German and French).
For example, the English version of Aimigo appears in the cartoonish form of Bruno Delavigne, a business executive from San Francisco. Bruno leaves Create links with the learner by asking him questions about his life and being interested in his reasons for learning English. Bruno goes along during the conversations assess the language level of the learner and adapt to it.
The Gymglish offer is therefore characterized by: educational tools used, through the care given to the scenarios and entertainment to encourage participation.
Eloïse Ghertman, CEO of Gymglish, explains: “As an artificial intelligence expert who has been serving learning for 20 years, we are very proud to evolve our technology to offer a conversational service with AI, designed and developed by us in France, with personality, humor and memory to converse with the learner in an engaging way, remembering past discussions and approaching topics according to the level and profile of each person to help you in the language to move forward. A new era is dawning for our users, where they can now have even more fun learning by speaking. »
Easy handling
A true “virtual friend”, Aimigo is always available, can talk about any topic related to online courses or not, according to his wishes, all with kindness and without judgment ! For example, he can explain a concept to you or recommend a restaurant in France or Singapore!
This artificial intelligence is not corrected the user during the conversation (unless the user specifically requests it), which could disrupt the flow of the exchange but gives him the opportunity to express himself to gain confidence when speaking. It’s also not intended for hours of use: conversations last about 4-5 minutes.
Developed from ChatGPT (OpenAI) and elements created internally by Gymglish engineers, this generative artificial intelligence is the first French conversational AI capable of this Chat naturally.
Antoine Brenner, creator of Aimigo by Gymglish and co-founder of Gymglish, is pretty proud: “It took us almost ten months to design Aimigo with our engineers and teaching team. We set ourselves the challenge of creating an AI that can truly chat like a human and not like a robot, and the result is quite successful! Although our Aimigo will never replace humans – that is not its goal – it now allows its user to test themselves orally and improve their skills thanks to their memory and their ability to evolve according to their level. every learner. In addition, many people sometimes understand a language but encounter difficulties or psychological blocks when speaking. Aimigo now allows them to let go by chatting without any embarrassment to overcome their shyness. »
In addition, Gymglish and OpenAI have signed an agreement that limits the American company’s use of user data. Specifically, the data is only used as part of the use of Gymglish.
