“Some are small. We have one now called ‘Secret Garden.'” It’s basically champagne and crepes. We have another one called “Bloom.” “It’s a kind of concept where you look to the other side, where the sunsets, cocktails, appetizers, small and large, are served. But it allows guests to spread out. And you never feel busy,” says President and CEO of the Ocean House Hotel said director Dant Hirsch.
“Making Money” host Charles Payne joins “The Big Money Show” to discuss how the economy will affect the 2024 election results and winners and losers in the stock market.
“Our chefs attach great importance to sourcing local products from farms. Apparently the seafood in Rhode Island is the best. So I don’t think you can come to Rhode Island without eating a lobster roll. But our chef makes one of the best lobster rolls. We work with farms, just as we source our jams from a small local supplier called Quonnie Farms. That’s why we try to source as much as possible from the region. And that’s what chefs do best: buy the best product and put it on the plate. “, Hirsch concluded.
