Chefs wanted: “MasterChef Québec” is coming back for a second season

The culinary competition builds on its success MasterChef Quebec will return to TVA next fall for a brand new season.

The production is already looking for the best amateur chefs who will form the next brigade, ready to face the many challenges presented by chefs Martin Picard and Stefano Faita, who will appear again on the show.

“Our entire team is excited to extend the mandate of MasterChef Québec for a second season! Martin Picard and Stefano Faita also appreciated their participation in the first edition and are ready to meet new candidates,” said Nicola Merola and Charles Lafortune, executive producers of Pixcom.

Aspiring chefs wishing to take part in the second season of MasterChef Québec must be available for filming (from May to July) and can register now on the show's website.

The winner will receive $50,000 and the prestigious MasterChef Québec trophy.

According to TVA, the daily reaches 862,800 viewers each week.

MasterChef Québec is produced by Pixcom in collaboration with Quebecor Content and airs Monday to Thursday at 7:30 p.m. immediately after Indéfendable. You can watch the show on TVA+.
