Chocolate with Pepper actor tragically dies in Belo Horizonte

The cast of Chocolate with Pepper suffered another loss this week. The soap opera will be shown again on the Globo afternoons in its special track right after Jornal Hoje.

In a recent article, we talked about Count Klaus and Mathilde’s interpreters, who suddenly passed away.

We also published about Isaac Bardavid, who was also part of the Walcyr Carrasco novel and died in February 2022. Actress Fernanda Lobo, who played the bearded woman in the story, also died tragically after undergoing a stomach reduction surgery.

The actor died last Monday

TV drama veteran Mário César Camargo died last Monday (10) after a sudden illness. He walked on a street in Belo Horizonte where he lived.

Camargo had a fulminant attack and even fell under the passersby. The artist’s wake and funeral took place this Wednesday (12th) at the Bosque da Esperança in BH.

Career of Mario Cesar Camargo

Born in Marília, a town in the interior of São Paulo, Mário César Camargo became a reference in Brazilian theater, especially in the 1980s.

On television he has appeared in hit Globo soap operas such as Terra Nostra, 1999, in which he played Anacleto; Student Heart (2002); Starting Over (2004) and Foolish Heart (2011). Camargo also composed the cast of the miniseries Hoje é Dia de Maria (2005).

On Record TV, the veteran made Brazilian Citizen (2006) and Amor e Intrigas (2007); and in the band he was one of the protagonists of Água na Boca (2008).

His last work on the small screen was in the 2016 series Supermax, shown by Globo.
