Luke Zocchi, personal trainer to Hollywood star Chris Hemsworth, is investing $1.6 million in a spectacular new studio.
Located in Suffolk Park, a suburb of Byron Bay on the north coast of New South Wales, 753 km from Sydney, the architect-designed, state-of-the-art home is now nearing completion.
According to the planning application, three bedrooms and three bathrooms are planned for the chic residential complex.
Other highlights include a pool, gym, wine cellar and sauna.
There is also a private courtyard and two entertainment decks.

This beautiful home was built on a hillside 3 miles from Byron Bay and is surrounded by lush woodland. It offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
Designed by enquired Byron Bay architect Harley Graham, the plans also include space for a water tank and enough solar panels to provide 1.5kW of energy.

The home has been under construction for a year, with a change in law in mid-2022 authorizing an outdoor pool.

The Hollywood celebrity couple announced last September that they had received approval to build a second home on their 35-acre property.
Hemsworth bought the property in 2019 for $4.25 million and proposed $4.4 million in work, bringing the completed property to $8.6 million, reports the Daily Telegraph.

Meanwhile, Zocchi says he helped the Hemsworth clan develop his physique for blockbuster roles.
Last year he revealed that Chris’ wife Elsa Pataky, 46, had recently used the same program that Chris followed for his blockbuster Thor: Love & Thunder.
He said she did it to get in shape for her role as the very fit Captain JJ Collins on the Netflix series Interceptor – which left her in “the best shape of her life”.
This comes after Zocchi announced his engagement to his fiancée Maria Babic last November.
