We posted a series of tweets and Instagrams related to the wrestling business after Triple H confirmed his legendary in-ring career has ended due to his recent heart scare. But they kept coming, and there were so many that we missed (and probably still do) a few.
Here’s another batch including several from former colleagues and protégés now working for Tony Khan at AEW…
Thank you for doing so much for the professional wrestling industry, @TripleH. Your passionate love for the business shines through and I am fortunate to share some special moments with you. All the best, Paul. pic.twitter.com/34IhNfzPKw

I will cherish this moment of yours forever!
This simple gesture gave me confirmation that I was finally fulfilling my purpose. You changed my life.
Thank you for giving me a chance, for believing in me and for all your contributions in and out of the ring! @TripleH pic.twitter.com/5416Azy1tx— Bianca Belair (@BiancaBelairWWE) March 25, 2022
Lillian Garcia posted on her Facebook page:
Just heard about Triple Hs in ring retirement! He was my very FIRST Smackdown interview on the very first Smackdown show ever! I literally met him right before the interview and I was so incredibly nervous.
Triple H, I really wish you the best and thank you for pushing me to always do MY best! You were tough to crack but thankful we ended up being friends! Thank you for everything you have given this industry. It was an honor to announce your games and to watch your incredible athleticism! #Goat
Thanks @TripleH for seeing something in me Thanks for holding me back and seeing me as a singles competitor instead of a hype girl. My career would have been very different without you.
THANKS! https://t.co/S75Y9pVlzF

I was never very close to HHH but he did magic with NXT and I will never forget my years there as they were some of the best of my life and career and so much of it had to do with him and his vision.
I’m still pinching myself that one of my favorites growing up became my boss.
