Christina Hall says she will no longer feature son Hudson on her social platforms as she slams ex-Ant Anstead in statement amid custody battle
Christina Hall said she will no longer post pictures of her three-year-old son Hudson on social media amid a custody battle with ex-husband Ant Anstead.
The Christina on the Coast star, 39, said on Instagram on Sunday that she was “mentally exhausted by the recent false allegations made against her” by her ex-husband, 43.
“Hudson’s father tried to turn my family, friends and fans against me through manipulation tactics and false information,” she said. “This has had a major impact on me and my household.

“Because of that, I’ve made the decision not to feature Hudson on Instagram, my TV shows, or any other social platform until he’s old enough to make that decision for himself.”
The Orange County, California native, who is a mother to children Taylor, 12, and Brayden, 7, with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, said she “always liked it when Hudson wasn’t appearing on public platforms,” Wanted but they include him in posts about family activities.
“My only reason for wanting him to be on my shows has always been to participate in the fun activities/outings with our family/siblings,” she said.
The former Flip or Flop star said Anstead bases her judgments on her parenting skills solely on her Instagram account “as that’s the only access he has to my personal life.”

She added, ‘This is unnecessary pressure for a platform intended to be used to share select moments, rather than as a judgment tool…especially as this is a very small part of my private life, with the rest between me and my family.’
Hall said that Hudson “will be fine without his presence being shown in a public forum,” and that she “is and always will be a protective mother.”
Hall thanked her followers and supporters “who can see beyond the nonsense that’s being thrown at them.”
Anstead said in court documents reviewed by US Weekly last month that he felt Hudson was being “taken advantage of” by Hall’s presence on her social media and TV shows.
“The risks to a child working on a television production set (even if that ‘set’ is Christina’s home) are countless and well documented,” he said. “Aside from the obvious pressures of working in a television production environment, children involved in television production often have ongoing issues that affect their well-being, worldview, and self-image, leaving them vulnerable and dependent on others’ perceived approval of their selves will. Anstead noted the tragic suicide of former Toddlers & Tiaras star Kailia Posey at 16 last May.
“One of my many fears that Hudson will be forced to film reality TV is the possibility that public mockery of seemingly innocuous content will become an insurmountable humiliation,” he said in court filings. “I urge the courts to review the recent and tragic case of Kailia Posey and a defining embarrassing meme.”
Anstead – who is also a father to daughter Amelie, 18, and son Archie, 15, with ex-wife Louise Anstead – filed for full custody of Hudson last April, telling the court he feels he is his youngest son was in an uncertain environment for TV production.
Hall told US in a statement, “What Ant is doing saddens me deeply. If this was really about Hudson, as he says, this should have been dealt with privately, with a private judge, or arbitration, as I and my attorney have suggested.
