Christina Hall’s husband Josh Hall defends her from ‘offensive’ comments

Christina Hall’s spouse Josh Hall defended his wife after an Instagram user accused her of being self-centered and having too small a yard for their kids to play in.

After Christina, 39, posted a video of her “Saturday morning routine,” one commenter called out the HGTV star for the size of her yard, claiming it’s “all about her.”

But Josh didn’t have it and responded directly to the commenter, calling her comment “insulting.”

“Not much garden, grass for the kids to play. Seems it’s all about her,” the Instagram user wrote.

Josh hit back: “Do you realize how offensive this comment is that the majority of families don’t even have a garden and imagine it’s trying to make anyone feel guilty about not being able to provide their own garden and themselves must rely on public parks? .’

Christina has three children – she has daughters Taylor, 12, and Brayden, 7, with her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, and three-year-old son Hudson with her ex-wife Ant Anstead.

The commenter appeared to be referring to a glimpse of Christina’s backyard sauna featured in a video she posted about her health-focused morning routine on Saturday.

The TV star revealed in a clip that she starts her day with a grueling 30-minute ride on her Peloton, a popular stationary bike with guided workouts.

After breaking a sweat, Christina made her way to her red light therapy bed at home, which can cost upwards of $6,000 for a top-of-the-line machine.

According to Healthline, red light therapy is “a controversial therapeutic technique that uses, among other things, red wavelengths of light to treat skin conditions such as wrinkles, scars, and stubborn wounds.”

She then showed off her relaxing sauna cabin, a wooden structure with a bench on which she sat while sweating in her sports bra and spandex shorts.

To complete her routine, Christina jumped straight into her pool, which must have been freezing because she called it a “cold jump” in her caption.

Her caption read: “Saturday morning routine[hands in a heart shape emoji]*Peloton 30 min. *Red light therapy 12 min. *Sauna 20 min. *Cold bath 3 min.’

Christina’s intense daily routine may be in response to her recent health crisis, during which she discovered she had lead and mercury poisoning.

The Flip or Flop star revealed the news on her Instagram Story in December. She explained that she had been ill a week before.

She feared her illness was caused by her breast implants, but diagnostic scans found the real culprit.

Christina fears her work renovating homes is at the root of her problems, saying: “[the problems] most likely from all the rough houses I’ve been in and I have an overgrowth of small intestine bacteria.’

Lead poisoning occurs over time and is the result of continued exposure to the hazardous chemical. While its use in homes and buildings is tightly regulated in the United States, lead paint, pipe, and other material is still present in many older homes.

Reaction? Her new routine could be in response to the lead and mercury poisoning she revealed to her fans late last month.

Christina rose to fame in 2014 when she appeared on her HGTV show alongside now ex-husband Tarek El Moussa.

Before their Hollywood days, the two ran a real estate agency in Orange County, California, where they exchanged homes.

After a decade of flipping houses and working on dirty construction sites, Christina worries that her job could be to blame for her recent illness.

Lead build-up in the body can take place over years. While any small exposure to the chemical poses a small risk, repeated exposure over long periods of time can cause problems.

Paint and plumbing used in older homes often contain lead because the risks of exposure to the chemical weren’t known decades ago. Industrial dust can also be a source.

Other sources of exposure are contaminated water, soil or air.
