Christina Ricci donned a spooky and zany ensemble at the premiere of her new Netflix series in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The 42-year-old actress wore a sleeveless, see-through black dress to the event at the Hollywood Legion Theater in support of the eight-episode series.
The dress had silver highlights and a spider web pattern down the middle. The bottom of the dress had multiple tiers of ruffles.

Ricci wore her black tresses elegantly parted to the side while accessorizing with dark lipstick and earrings.
The Santa Monica native plays the role of Ms. Marilyn Thornhill in the new series, which has Jenna Ortega playing the title role.
Ricci played the role of Wednesday Addams in the 1991 film The Addams Family and its 1993 sequel Addams Family Values, and in the MC Hammer video Hammer: Addams Groove to promote the first film.
She was seen posing for photos with her husband Mark Hampton, who wore a black tuxedo to the event.

Ortega, 20, appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live Tuesday, where she said she was initially freaked out by Ricci’s dark sense of humor on the set of the Tim Burton series.
“I feel like I personally did it a little weird,” she said. “She was really sweet about it. Me? It was one of the most embarrassing experiences I’ve ever had.’
She continued, “You know, I’m dressed like she was 30 years ago and she’ll be watching me, but I know her as Wednesday in my head, and I think socially I can be pretty hard to communicate with at times.” .
“And sometimes I’d say something as a joke, and I think I have a very dark sense of humor, and she’d be like, ‘Uh, that’s dark.’

The new series’ action follows Wednesday Addams as she attends Nevermore Academy, where Ricci’s character is a teacher.
The show also stars Catherine Zeta-Jones as Morticia Addams, Luis Guzmán as Gomez Addams, Fred Armisen as Uncle Fester, and Isaac Ordonez as Pugsley Addams.
The show debuts on the streaming service on November 23.
