It comes after Christine opened up about her “life-changing” ADHD and autism diagnosis and revealed she “makes it” now.
The reality star was diagnosed with autism two years ago. Her three children – twins Penelope and Leo, nine, and Felicity, seven – are also autistic.
During her appearance on the podcast “The Doctor Will Hear You Now” with host Dr. Zoe Williams spoke to Christine about her health and urged others to take action to get a diagnosis.
Speaking about ADHD and autism as a dual diagnosis, Christine said: “It’s pretty common to be dual diagnosed when you’re autistic. You could potentially be autistic and ADHD, or autistic and dyspraxic, or dyslexic, it’s pretty common to be dual diagnosed.”
“As far as I’m concerned, I didn’t understand how I could be ADHD, because again, if you google or see people, you have a picture of what you think ADHD will be like, and I didn’t fit into that category.”
She continued, “I’m an inattentive ADHD person, which is different from the typical hyperactive ADHD person that you might see and recognize more often.” So when I’m inattentive I can be quite distant, I live in my own little bubble.
“It fits naturally with my autism, it overlaps and is quite similar, but then I have moments where I’m extremely hyperactive in my thoughts, on the creative side, on my feelings, on my emotions.”

“When I’m sad, I’ll be extremely hyper-emotional: It can be the end of the world, to the point where I feel like I can’t handle it, I can’t handle it, even if I’m having suicidal thoughts.”
“That’s as far as it can go, and that’s where the hyper side for me lies.” On the plus side, when I’m happy it’s the best thing in the world and nothing can ruin your day, and it can come from even the smallest little thing.”
Autism refers to a broad spectrum of disorders characterized by challenges in social skills, repetitive behaviors, language, and non-verbal communication.
She was diagnosed at the age of 31 after what she described as a “long process” – a result that brought “immediate relief”.
