Christine McGuinness is “trying” to carve out her own career after splitting from her TV presenter husband Paddy McGuinness.

The 35-year-old model, who split from Paddy, 50, in 2022 after 11 years of marriage, said her main focus was supporting her three children, seven-year-old Felicity and twins Leo and Penelope, 10. All were diagnosed with autism.

She told The Mirror: “My main focus for 2024 will be my children, they are always my main focus.”

“Then work, work for myself and try to build a career for myself so that I can always take care of my children and give them a future that they want and support them and their needs for as long as possible.” Right there I am right now.

“I want to try to be more present, which I do very well with my children.” When I'm with the children, I'm most authentic and just myself. “I'm just at home with the children.”

Web contacted Christine's representatives for comment when the news broke.

Christine said: “[I'm]I'm trying to build a career for myself so that I can always take care of my children and give them a future.
