“It took a long time for both of us to rebuild after all of this.”
Claudia Bouvette And Lou Pascal Tremblay were in love a few years ago when the two starred in a popular Vrak show, Jeremiah.
Not only did they play their on-screen friends and their end-of-life lovers, but they were also on set… and the singer specifically reflected on that breakup during her presence on the show TV children.
By depicting an important scene of her character in the series, Claudia brought up the topic.
“In the first two seasons I was in a relationship with Lou-Pascal, he was my lover (…) We were best friends on the series and left each other in season 2,” explains Claudia.
“Did you leave each other in real life?” asks host André Robitaille.
“In real life we relied on Season 2 (…) Then it was crazy because in real life we were wondering if we were ready to live in an apartment together. Then, on the show, our characters moved in together when we broke up. In Season 5, the last one, our writers decided that we would end up together. It was both a huge challenge, it was a really important person, and a difficult breakup. After all this, it took a long time for both of us to rebuild ourselves (…) in the fifth season we started acting like this again: “Hey, we’re good, we can be friends!”, admits the star.
Claudia reports that a scene at the very end of the project was a big challenge for the former lovebirds!
“And then we have to kiss in the last scene of the series. It’s special,” she admits.
“All of this is not everyday, it’s not everyday doing our job for this (…)!” adds Anne-Élisabeth Bossé, also present on set.
“No, it’s strange. “I can speak French, everyone (…) except an ex…” she finishes!
Keep in mind that the two seem very happy in their respective lives, as Claudia is an aspiring song star and Lou-Pascal is one of the most popular actors today, in addition to living with his lover Marina Bastarache.
A beautiful television moment!
