At the age of 56, actress Claudia Raia has just given birth to her third child, Luca, surprising fans during pregnancy by giving birth to another child at such an unusual age, who is already considered to be advanced. This Thursday (16), the famous woman decided to think about old age and shared an emotional outburst on her official Instagram account.

The actress wanted to know from her fans what they would give up because they were older: “And you, what did you stop because of your age?”, she said in the video and also in the caption of the publication: “Recently , I have opened a question box with the question: “What did you stop because of your age?” And the answers were very different: go to the disco, dance, ride a bike, back to university,” she began in her story.

“The list is huge, but here I leave you the following reflection: And if you die tomorrow, you haven’t done what you wanted, but why didn’t you? What’s stopping you? Who said you can’t? Who told me this nonsense? We just let the other person do with us what we allow, and no one has the right to talk about what they can or can’t do with their lives,” she advised.

“We weren’t brought up to enjoy freedom and be comfortable with freedom because we’ve been learning all our lives that the right thing to do is to please the other and not to do too much for ourselves, not ourselves to bother, please, for what?
