O Koala Festival announced this week that the 2022 edition will be the biggest in recent years, with new programmes, news and artists. For the first time, the event will take place over three days, which will take place shortly September 16, 17 and 18, at the Latin America Monument in São Paulo. The eighth edition will feature names in Brazilian music ranging from wellknown names to the avantgarde.
The opening is on the 16th Djavan, Mayra Andrade, Gilberto Gil, Liniker and Tascha & Tracie. On September 17, Saturday, they take the stage Gal Costa (with the participation of Tim Bernardes and ruble), Alceu Valença, Ana Frango Elétrico, Bala Desire, BK’ and Rachel Reis. And on the last day it will be Maria Bethânia, Rodrigo Amarante, Black Alien, Marina Sena, Nego Bala and Chico Chico With Juliana Linhares.
Another novelty for the edition is Coala.Supply, a clothing brand associated with the event, which debuts with 10 pieces, including tshirts, hoodies, bucket hats and others.
Tickets are available on the official website and prices range from R$150 to R$540.
