Colorado, Handcuffed woman left in police car on tracks hit by train: She is alive. The pictures…

A 20-year-old woman, who was handcuffed after a police operation in Colorado, was left in the police car by officers who wanted to search her car, just as a train pulled by. Young woman Yareni Rios-Gonzalez was badly injured, with a broken arm and multiple ribs and a broken spine, but she is alive. The woman was arrested following reports of a car accident involving gunshots in Fort Lupton on September 16. A Platteville police officer had stopped Rios-Gonzalez’s car just past a row of railroad tracks and parked the squad car in the intersection. The woman was placed in the back of the police vehicle. Police bodycam and dashcam video shows officers climbing as the train approaches and collides with the squad car parked right on the tracks. Bodycam footage shows the officers running towards the patrol vehicle after the impact. The Fort Lupton Police Department is investigating the report of the road rage while the Colorado State Patrol investigates the incident. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation is investigating the woman’s injuries in police custody.
