Comedian charged with aggression against influencers in Salvador

Comedian Lucas Ak has been charged with assault by police after he assaulted influencer Kelly Pereira, by then his companion. The case happened on Mother’s Day and was registered on the 8th at the Special Police Station for Women’s Aid (Deam) in Brotas.

But the story only came to light this Thursday (26), after Kelly released audio and video recordings showing Lucas’ physical and verbal assaults. As the police announced on Friday (27th), the victim was questioned in the unit.

The Court authorized an urgent protective measure to protect the identity of the victim. The document is in secret from the judiciary as it is pending in the Family Court. The victim has a child with the identified one.

“I lived in an abusive relationship for three years where I felt guilty for everything I lived. When I was attacked, I felt guilty. [..] When I was verbally abused I felt guilty and more importantly I felt I had to hide it to save my ex from anything that might happen to him. Without thinking of me,” said the influencer.

According to Kelly, she suffered an attack on the 8th and decided to disclose what was going on at her home. “I’ve seen that I can’t keep hiding and protecting someone who doesn’t protect themselves or me. In this whole story there is still a son,” he added.

The influencer also said she doesn’t have a support network to ask for help. “Everyone knows that I have no family here [em Salvador]that I’m not a person with many friends. That was one of the reasons I stuck with it for so long. I was afraid of what people would say about me. I was afraid of being alone, I only had him. It was very difficult to get out of this situation. Anyone who has been through this knows it’s not easy,” he concluded.

According to lawyer Danilo Almeida, who represents the blogger, the legal steps have already been forwarded to the responsible bodies. “We collected all the photos, all this content, together with the police department,” he said.

Also, according to the criminalist, in the episode of aggression that took place on Mother’s Day, the delegate did not register the situation as domestic violence. “She understood that this situation was not blatant, meaning she made the case as a factual path, while we, Kelly’s attorneys, are actually trying to reverse this situation. The Maria da Penha Law came to protect women. they have to report, they cannot hide, and on the other hand the state must punish more effectively those who commit this type of violence”.

Also on Thursday, Kelly released a video featuring several moments of fighting between the couple. A clip shows how the exhusband takes all the influencer’s belongings out of the cupboard. Another time, the man confirms that he cheated on her several times and paid all the house bills. There is also audio in the video attributed to the attacker saying “My mistake was not killing you”.
