“Daniel Senneville, the comedian’s manager, confirms that Lise Dion suffered from an illness yesterday evening (Friday) before taking the stage at the Le Zénith event hall in Saint-Eustache,” reads a press release from SMAC Communications, published for the artist’s press is responsible for relationships.
“She is currently under medical supervision. No further comment will be made at this time,” it said.
For Lise Dion it was to be the last career show in Saint-Eustache. A few hours before the performance of her show Chu at Zénith, she mentioned in a video posted on her Facebook page that “it is hard on the emotions.”
The event was sold out in this hall with around 700 seats.
In its press release, Lise Dion’s team stated that people who had tickets for Friday night’s show would be informed later about the refund or postponement process.
It was not immediately possible to know what will happen to other Lise Dion shows scheduled elsewhere in Quebec later in November and December.
His Chu tour there has already been certified triple platinum and has sold more than 300,000 tickets.
Not to mention one last lap before retirement. This is his final tour before he moves on to several other “upcoming great projects.”
