Marlon Wayans is best known for his scatological comedy, from Don’t Be a Menace While Drinking Your Juice in South Central to the Scary Movie franchise to White Chicks, he’s always crossed the line into comedy .
He recently went to the Big boy radio show and discussed various topics, including the debacle between Will Smith and Chris Rock, in which Smith attempted to defend his wife’s honor by choosing violence over common sense.
On the subject, he comments, “I talk about that a bit in my set. I won’t go all the way there, but I think if you try to take your name out of one person’s mouth, now you’re putting your wife’s name on everyone’s lips… Comedians are terrorists… [Now] everyone has one Will Smith-Chris Rock, you know, Jada joke,” he said.
He said what he would have done
He also shared what he would have done if he had been in Rock’s shoes: “If someone comes on my stage, I know it You don’t come up to give me five,” “Like, at one point, you have to say, ‘Oh yeah, he’s trying to harm me.’ … You have to protect yourself. If it was me, I have an elbow for you. It’s a fight, you come on my stage, we fight.
You have to protect yourself

“We joke, that’s what we do. You don’t go to a comedy show and get mad when they tell you jokes, that’s what you’re there for. I think sane people know better, I don’t think people are gonna go, ‘I’m gonna get up and hit you.'”
Wayans also understands that Wills Smith’s actions came from elsewhere
“I think the pressure of 30 years to be excellent is difficult to achieve. This man is just nuts. You must look after your strong friends 30 years.”
