Commenters have expressed sympathy for a woman who was caught using a vibrator on a Georgia beach and then arrested by police.
Christina Revels-Glick, then 34, was approached by police officers after families reported her lewd behavior on Tybee Island Beach on July 1, 2021.
This week, bodycam footage of the officers who arrested her was released. They show her collapsing while being handcuffed and led away from the sand.
But the video, which has been viewed more than 2.5 million times, was met with sympathy from many viewers, with many criticizing the police’s decision to arrest her.
“Tf… get out of here, arrest her for what… give her a summons and be done with it,” declared one angry viewer.

Revels-Glick is wearing a skin-tight green swimsuit and holding a water bottle. When she is approached by a police officer and a policewoman, she appears desperate.
The woman appears stunned by the allegations, claiming she just sat on her towel and asked the male officer, “What did I do?” What did I do?’
“Apparently you masturbated on the beach?” The officer replies.
Looking surprised and a little embarrassed, Revels-Glick paused and replied, “Who saw that?”
Then the police officer, who doesn’t appear on camera at the beginning, can be heard saying to her: “A few people.”
Revels-Glick insists the allegations are untrue, musing: “Is that one of my buddies?”
“It wasn’t one of your friends.” “It’s a family,” the officer replies.
“Look…” she joked.
“Let me show you what I did,” she said, walking to some seating on the beach nearby, her backpack in hand.

As she begins to explain her side of the incident, the officer can be heard asking her to look in her bag.
“That’s really very insulting to me,” Revel-Glick says, before finally coming clean and saying, “It’s my vibrator, I was sitting on the beach and I,” she paused before asking, “Okay, can I get one.” Ticket?”‘
The officer can be heard chuckling before clarifying: “So you had a vibrator?”
“Listen, I was sitting on the water like that,” she said as she lay down to reenact the incident.

In the next clip, the male officer can be seen searching through the woman’s backpack, which she had placed on top of her police vehicle, just to retrieve the vibrator.
“It’s a bullet style, that’s what they call it,” he said.

Sarah Moss told the Smoking Gun that beachgoers “could hear her moaning” when they called police around 5:30 p.m.
She saw her standing in front of her family’s tent wrapped in a towel.
Moss told police the entire incident only lasted about five minutes before Revels-Glick packed her belongings and headed to the nearby Deck Restaurant.
She provided police with a video she recorded of the incident, which showed Revels-Glick carrying out the act before looking to her right as if she had spotted someone.
According to the police report, Revels-Glick quickly stopped what she was doing.

Police said Revels-Glick apologized during her interview about indecent exposure and disorderly conduct and told officers she didn’t think anyone saw her.
According to the police report, she was released on a citation shortly after her arrest.
According to Atlanta-based attorneys Conaway and Strickler, Glick could face 12 months in prison for 20 seconds of masturbation. It remains unclear whether Revel-Glick appeared in court.
“The state of Georgia aggressively prosecutes individuals accused of indecent exposure,” the attorneys’ website states.
“Indecent exposure occurs when a person intentionally exposes the private parts of their body in an environment considered indecent. This type of offense is typically a misdemeanor but, if convicted, can be punishable by up to 12 months in prison.”
