After complications during surgery to remove a malignant tumor in the rectum, singer Conrado, 55, has been discharged from Hospital Samaritano in Higienópolis, São Paulo. The news was published this Wednesday (19) by the artist’s wife, former Paquita Andréa Sorvetão, who posted a video message on Instagram.

“Conradão released folks! Thank you for every word and prayer! Now the recovery continues without being in the hospital! God is too good!” she wrote in the caption of the publication. Conrado was diagnosed with a malignant tumor in his rectum in late March this year after suffering malaise and being hospitalized for tests.

The intervention was performed on April 2, but the artist suffered a complication in the postoperative period and had to stay in the medical department: “Within this small complication that he had, he responds very well. Had to put in some probes but it responds very well. My husband is a Taurus,” she said, according to an April 8 Gshow post.

Already in his profile, the singer celebrated the dismissal with a celebration for the birthday of Robertos Carlos, who turned 82 this Wednesday 19th: “Today, on the birthday of the man who inspires me the most, I am dismissed, to continue the treatment myself!. Roberto Carlos, I wish you more and more LOVE and health, health, health to continue to bless us with your songs,” Conrado explained in the caption of a publication with pictures of him and his wife alongside the king on different occasions.
