With this new convoy, 118 trucks have already entered the Gaza Strip: 20 on Saturday (21) and Sunday (22), 14 on Monday (23), eight on Tuesday (24), 12 on Thursday (26), another ten on Friday (27) and ten o’clock on Sunday morning, while another six trucks remained at the Israeli authorities’ checkpoint.
The influx of humanitarian aid into Gaza sparked a wave of condemnation from NGOs and the United Nations itself, which warned that the Aid that reaches the bloc is just “a drop in the ocean of needs” of the population.
