The heads of the Ethiopian Water and Energy Department, Habtamu Itefa Geleta, the Moroccan Energy Transition and Sustainable Development Department, Leila Benali, and the Sustainable Energy Agency, Tarik Hamane, also from Rabat, signed the agreement, which provides a framework for relations between the parties will form and determine the terms of their cooperation.
