This Wednesday (27) PC Siqueira was found dead in his apartment in Santo Amaro, south of São Paulo. The coroner in charge of the investigation into the tragedy stated that the YouTuber died from “poisoning due to the abuse of controlled and prohibited substances”, combined with asphyxia due to hanging. The information was published by the Metrópoles portal.
The Legal Medical Institute (IML) must report the cause of death so that it can be officially announced by the authorities and listed on the victim's death certificate.
At the time of his death, PC was at his apartment with his exgirlfriend Maria Luiza Watanabe, with whom he had broken off relations the week before. In a statement to police, the model claimed that she tried to stop him from attempting to assassinate his own life, but was unable to do so because she lacked the physical strength to restrain him.
Maria then asked a neighbor for help after noticing her ex was behaving aggressively. The influencer also revealed that he mixed drugs with controlled medications. She was frightened as Siqueira grabbed objects and threatened to hurt herself.
In his latest post on social media, the influencer said he would be spending Christmas alone: ”I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, especially the people like me who don't celebrate and spend it as if it were any other day . Merry lonely Christmas to you, happy lonely new year to you too. We are together. We are not alone,” he said.
PC Siqueira was one of the first generation of Brazilian YouTubers and was responsible for popularizing this profession on the Internet. Before joining the channel, which now has more than 2 million subscribers, he worked as a presenter on the channels MTV Brasil, PlayTV and TBS Brasil.
The influencer was accused of storing child pornography content in 2021, but police found no evidence that could incriminate him. Siqueira suffered from depression and anxiety and had problems with bullying and drug and alcohol addiction. He recently stated that he had received threats as a result of the allegations from two years ago.
