Court allows Alexandre Correa to see his son born from his marriage to Ana Hickmann

Judge Andrea Ribeiro Borges of the 1st Court of Criminal and Domestic and Family Violence Against Women in Itu authorized the businessman Alexandre Correa to see his son, the result of his relationship with Ana Hickmann.

In an order issued on Friday (1st), the judge stated that the protective measure granted to prevent Alexandre from coming near Ana Hickmann did not make it impossible for him to visit the 10yearold. In the decision she stipulates that the meeting between father and son should be mediated by a third party.

“In order to avoid obvious harm to the child, visits must be carried out by third parties until a visitation regulation has been determined by the responsible family court,” says the judge.

The measure responds to a request by lawyers Enio Martins Murad and Diva Carla Bueno Nogueira, who represent Alexandre, and have filed a request for a partial lifting of the protection granted to the moderator.

The businessman expects to be able to see his son this weekend. Alexandre says he hasn’t met the boy in person for 20 days. He states that during this period he only maintained contact with the child via video calls.

The entrepreneur’s representatives said they had already contacted the moderator’s lawyers on Saturday morning (2) to organize the meeting, but had not yet received a response.

On November 11th, Ana Hickmann reported her husband for assault and domestic violence. The two have since called off their relationship.

In the request for a partial removal of the protective measure, Alexandre’s lawyers also requested that the businessman be allowed access to the couple’s headquarters in order to work there.

In her decision, the judge says that “corporate and property issues do not fall within the scope of the protective measure.” For the entrepreneur’s representatives, this means that Alexandre can return to the company’s headquarters as long as he does not come physically close to Ana Hickmann.

“It should be made clear that the measure of protection granted by this court relates exclusively to the physical proximity of the person under investigation to the victim and his family members and cannot be interpreted broadly,” the judge’s decision said.

Last Sunday (26) the presenter spoke about the topic for the first time on Record’s Domingo Espetacular program. On this occasion, she recalled the fight that took place in Itu, in the interior of the state of São Paulo, where the couple lived. Ana stated that Alexandre tried to headbutt her. “He didn’t hit me because I dodged,” he said.

“No one deserves to be tortured in any way,” he added. “I’m talking about the figure of an aggressor, a coward, a villain who believes he has power and domination over others.”

The businessman’s lawyer denies that Alexandre attacked his wife. “Other than her claim, there is no evidence of this in the files.”

Ana Hickmann also said in the interview that in addition to the physical violence on November 11th, she was also a victim of property violence. The presenter accused her exhusband of destroying her assets and accused him of forging signatures. The businessman denies this.
