    Radio-Canada has learned that the agreement between the Government of Canada and the United States at Roxham Road will come into effect at 12:01 am on Saturday. The details of the agreement are not known, but according to information first released by the Los Angeles Times and confirmed by Radio-Canada, Canada would agree to take in 15,000 migrants through official channels.
