Covid: Covered in bruises after his vaccination, he takes Pfizer to court over his side effects

A Northerner attacked giant Pfizer over the side effects he says he suffered after being vaccinated against Covid. The court ordered a medical report. A case that could be a first.

David versus Goliath? A northerner attacked Pfizer. The reason is side effects that he suffered after his vaccination against Covid-19. Justice demanded medical expertise, BFM reports this Thursday, April 14, and it may well be a first while the negative effects of vaccination are at the center of much controversy.

“Holy Coincidence”

“As soon as I got back from the fishing campaign, I had bruises,” says this man, sharing pictures of the impressive bruises that appeared all over his body two days after he was given his dose of the Pfizer vaccine.

Jean-Philippe remembers this exchange with his colleague. “He said to me, ‘It’s weird, you had the vaccine two days ago and three days later you’re bruised. I tell him, yes, it’s true, it’s a freaking coincidence.’

In May 2021, three days after his injection, this resident of the city of Etaples declared what is known as thrombocytopenia, a blood clotting disorder that therefore puts him at risk of bleeding at the slightest cut, explains BFM, who met this man.

Opening a door for those who have had side effects

The President of the Court of Boulogne-sur-Mer gave him the green light for a medical opinion. Jean-Philippe wants justice done, which is why he decided to sue Pfizer. When he says that he is the first Frenchman to be given this medical expertise, he still has to be patient.

This will start in the next few days and should last 8 to 10 months. “I’m waiting for a door to open for me, for what’s happening to me, and for anyone who has any doubts about the side effects they may have had.”
