“Plans love silence. The launch was not announced.” That is what we read in the headline of a video published by the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense about the imminent and long-awaited counter-offensive in Kiev. The video shows some Ukrainian soldiers urging onlookers to be silent and putting their index fingers to their lips. The video message, which arrived the day after Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s interview with the Wall Street Journal, in which the Kiev leader told the country he was ready to launch the offensive, appeared these hours on the hacked Crimea busy TV channels. “Cable TV channels were hacked and a video of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry about the upcoming counter-offensive was broadcast,” read several tweets on social networks.
