Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez condemned today the terrorist attack carried out during the graduation ceremony of the military academy cadets in Homs province, Syria.

The day before, extremist groups attacked the military academy’s cadet graduation ceremony with explosives-laden aircraft during an event.
According to press reports, at least 89 people were killed and more than 200 were injured in the attack.
The Syrian government declared three days of public and official mourning for the civilian and military victims of the attack and announced that flags would be lowered to half-mast in the country and in all embassies and diplomatic missions abroad.
