Havana, July 20 (ACN) Manuel Marrero CruzPrime Minister of Cuba, confirmed the island’s support for Nicaragua during an exchange with Cubans living in that country and members of solidarity groups with the largest of the Antilles.
On Twitter today, the Prime Minister thanked Cuba for the touching words he received at the meeting and stressed that Nicaragua is an example of love for the country.
“I appreciate the touching words we received towards our country. #Nicaragua is an example of love for country, love for family. We are compatriots, we are brothers. We will remain united and support one another. Count on it!” wrote the Prime Minister.

He also stressed that the members of the solidarity groups and the residents of Cuba expressed their gratitude to Cuba and appreciated the opportunity of the meeting.

On the same social network, the Embassy of Cuba in Managua highlighted the warm demonstrations of love, commitment and support for the Cuban Revolution, appreciated in exchange.
Marrero Cruz arrived in Nicaragua on Tuesday and led the delegation from the largest of the Antilles attending the central event marking the 43rd anniversary of the victory of the Sandinista Revolution.

The agenda of the island’s delegation in Managua also included an exchange with members of the Cuban state representation in Nicaragua.
Another message from Marrero Cruz on Twitter indicates that the diplomats there confirmed their support for the motherland and discussed the experience of developing their work and updating the administration of the Cuban government.
