That Number of irregular immigrants identified yesterday in the municipality of Raudales Malpaso, Chiapas, was released by the National Migration Institute of Mexico.

These actions were carried out in coordination with the Mexican National Guard and the country’s defense minister.

366 migrants traveling in the luggage trailer of a truck were arrested. How can you imagine with the number of people in such a small place, these people moved in total overcrowding.

They report that the migrants belonged to these countries: Bangladesh, South Africa, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Bolivia, India, Peru, Ecuador, El Salvador, Nepal, Uzbekistan, Yemen, and Dominican Republic Cuba.

They reveal that too who saved 366 people:

  • 55 are women
  • 249 men
  • 22 female minors
  • 40 male minors

In total 25 family units were traveling and 25 minors were traveling alone unaccompanied by an adult.

They also report that they have formally notified the various consulates and embassies of the countries involved.

You do not need the number of Cubans in this immigrant group. These events demonstrate the great risks taken by immigrants, including Cubans, who make the sometimes unthinkable journey to the United States.

In the article we spoke of people being imprisoned or rescued, and the truth is that imprisonment might have hindered their plans, but in a way it could have saved their lives as well. Well, traveling in these conditions, many have lost it.

We recently released the total number of Cubans repatriated to the island so far in 2022.
