The 33-year-old model shared the happy news via Instagram on Monday, when she shared a sweet snap of her blossoming belly – and admitted “I’m swinging wildly between excitement and nervousness.”
And it comes just weeks after the couple announced their engagement on social media, and her boyfriend Jordan popped the question after two years of dating.
