Daisy May Cooper left Shaggy red-faced as she revealed she had lost her virginity for his hit song Angels.

The couple appeared together on Wednesday’s episode of Never Mind the Buzzcocks when Daisy couldn’t help but make the cheeky admission.

When asked by presenter Greg James if she was excited to have the singer on her team, the 36-year-old comedian admitted: “I don’t know if I should say this but I have my virginity backed by your song Angels lost a Corsa!’

As Shaggy burst out laughing, panelist Rosie Jones inquired, ‘Did it last the whole song?’ to which Daisy admitted, ‘Absolutely not, probably just the intro…why am I sharing these things?!!’

Speaking exclusively to Web about the moment, Daisy quipped: “I think he was just thrilled that I made an impact on my life.

“He was another guest who was amazing. And you think how successful he is and he was so laid back and really put himself into the show.

It comes after Daisy revealed she was trolled after losing weight.

The actress went on the keto (low-carb, high-fat) diet to lose weight post-lockdown, but admitted she’s since been inundated with messages telling her she’s “not funny anymore” since she changed her looks have.

“And I’ve had some messages like, ‘Well, now you’ve lost the weight, you’re not funny anymore.’

“What the heck? Why do women have to be freaking fat to be funny? It makes me so angry. I stand up for everyone. I think everyone should be happy with their body. But I wasn’t.”
