In the meantime, Dave Filoni and James Mangold will helm the franchise’s other two new films, one of which will be about the beginnings of the Jedi and the other about the New Republic.
Star Wars Celebration also saw appearances from Jude Law and Rosario Dawson, stars of upcoming The Mandalorian spin-offs Skeleton Crew and Ahsoka. The latter revealed a trailer and will be released next in the Disney+ franchise in August 2023.
