He can often be found having dinner at Scott’s with his girlfriend Sophie Cannell.
But Damien Hirst, 57, looked like he’d overdone it on his most recent visit as he was comforted by 28-year-old Sophie during their al fresco lunch on Sunday.
The artist quickly devoured a plate of oysters but later seemed to regret his decision as he pulled up his shirt to reveal his stomach.
The ever-loving friend, Sophie was quick to bend down and caress his aching stomach before fooling around, pulling faces and posing for selfies.
The duo were joined on the outing by a friend, who made the pair laugh by performing unsavory gestures on a salt and pepper mill.

It was previously reported that Damien met Sophie at the chic Chiltern Firehouse where she used to work as a waitress.
Hirst declared his love for Sophie in March this year when he immortalized her by creating a sculpture based on her body as part of one of his four works for the new Mayfair restaurant Bacchanalia.
The artist also made a statement about his relationship in August 2022 when he gave Sophie a £166,600 18k gold Rolex Pearlmaster set with 713 gems.
It’s so spectacular that Sophie posted it on Instagram at the time – along with a stunning diamond ring on her left hand.
Such a sparkler did little to quell speculation that she and Damien, who she has been dating for three years, are engaged and ready to get engaged, despite their 28-year age difference.
When the couple’s romance first came to light, a friend close to the duo, Richard Eden, told the Mail On Sunday that Damien was “obsessed” with beauty.
Web now assumes the couple is not engaged.

Damien’s love life before Sophie also included his longtime girlfriend Maia Norman, with whom he has three sons.
The former couple are parents to Connor Ojala, 26, Cassius Atticus, 21, and Cyrus Joe, 16.
Although he never married Maia, he referred to her as his “common law wife”.
After the birth of his eldest child Connor, the artist spent much of his time in a remote farmhouse near Combe Martin in Devon.
