Karma is real, and no, we’re not talking about a Taylor Swift album fan theory. Tom Bergeron, former host of Hollywood Squares, America’s Funniest Home Video and Dancing with the Stars, has the last laugh as his former boss dropped out of the competition. When asked by a fan what he thought about the firing of DWTS Executive Producer Andrew Llinares, Tom Bergeron answered, “Karma is a bitch” with a winking emoticon. Back in 2020, Bergeron, along with everyone, found out that he would no longer be returning to host Dancing with the Stars. His co-host, Erin Andrews, was also asked not to return as the reality series is heading in a “new creative direction”. Bergeron hosted DWTS from its inception in 2005 for 15 years until his unexpected departure. The series is now hosted by Tyra Banks of America’s Next Top Model, who admits she’s not the perfect host despite being an important part of the show’s revamp. Although Dancing with the Stars has not been officially renewed for a 31st season, it is expected to return this fall.
