soccer player Daniel Alves has faced a sexual assault charge after the head of Barcelona’s Educational Court No. 15 opened a case to investigate an allegation that the Brazilian team’s player improperly touched a woman at a nightclub in the city. The incident would have happened on the night of December 30-31, 2022 at the exclusive Sutton nightclub.
The applicant, who formalized the charges on January 2, reported that she was with some friends at the time of the events, of which she immediately informed the site’s security personnel. After activating the relevant protocol, the Mossos d’Esquadra recorded the woman’s statement.
For his part, the winger released a video to deny the allegation. “First, I want to deny everything. Yes, I was in that place, with more people, and enjoying myself. And anyone who knows me knows that I love to dance. I danced and had fun without invading other people’s space,” he said.

“I don’t know who this lady is. You come into a bathroom and you don’t have to ask who’s there. I’ve never invaded a room. How to do it with a woman or a girl? no my god They do harm, especially to my people, mine. You know who I am,” added the Canarinha team.
While preparing for this court case, the former FC Barcelona player is in Mexico with Pumas de la UNAM, his current team. Last Sunday he played the second half of the game against Juárez for Date 1 of Liga MX.
