Daniel Craig sent his fans wild when he debuted a completely unexpected new look this week.
The 55-year-old Hollywood heartthrob is known for his suave 007 appearances and for showing off his muscular physique.
However, the James Bond actor looked strikingly different as he debuted a bold new look in a new video while discussing Omega’s Seamaster watch esquire.
He ditched his short hairstyle and opted for longer bangs and a side part, while also wearing quirky little round glasses.
Fans couldn’t help but take to X – formerly known as Twitter – to share their hilarious reactions to Daniel’s new “sexy professor” look.
Unexpected: Daniel Craig sent his fans completely crazy when he debuted a completely different new look, with longer hair and small round glasses
One fan compared his traditional new look to that of an Antiques Roadshow host, while another called it his “sex era as a tenured history professor.”
One person wrote: “Daniel Craig looks like he’s telling your grandma at Antiques Roadshow that her ceramics are worthless.”
Another joked: “Ambassador Daniel from Craig is trying to decide whether the EU is ‘concerned’ or ‘deeply concerned’, and a third said: ‘Daniel Craig rejects a mortgage for the second time.’
A fourth quipped: “Daniel Craig looks like he’s about to say the Eurovision votes have been counted and confirmed and the winner can now be announced.”
Daniel seemed a world away from his James Bond days as he appeared in a video talking about the Omega watches he’s worn over the years, including the Seamaster he wore in Casino Royale .
He continued to show off his striking look as he attended Omega’s Planet Omega exhibition in New York City this week.
His bold new look comes after it was revealed Daniel could face a new row over plans to expand his £6million London home.
Craig and his Oscar-winning actress Rachel Weisz won their fight to preserve a 65-foot tree in their historic townhouse after residents claimed it would cause subsidence.
In a design statement, the couple’s planning officer said: “The proposed new extension would replace an existing late 20th century conservatory which is poorly constructed, inefficient (it is very cold in winter and overheated in summer) and not in keeping with the design stands.” original building.

Now they want to demolish a “poorly built” conservatory and build a larger rear extension with a balcony above and do a Ground Force-style garden makeover.
But they could face another battle with planners and neighbors because their 1840 terraced house is listed and sits in a designated conservation area.
The couple want to move the kitchen from the front to the back of the property and make internal alterations, including widening the opening in the back wall of the basement.
They also want to split the double reception room on the ground floor in two and add a larger rear window on the first floor of their five-bedroom house.
“This would mean that the least successful part of the existing building (in terms of materials, form and proportions) could be recast, raising it to a quality equivalent to the rest of the property.”
“The enlarged extension allows the kitchen (the busiest room in the house) to be moved to the rear of the property, giving it direct contact with the garden and allowing much more natural light.
“On the ground floor it is proposed to restore the wall between the two reception rooms to create a formal sitting room and a separate TV room.
“In the ground floor closet wing, the existing study would be partitioned to allow for the provision of a guest toilet on the landing between the ground floor and basement.”
The agent added: “Elsewhere the majority of the existing building fabric will remain unaffected by the proposed scheme.”

“The redesign of the premises resulting from this proposal would improve the balance of the main living areas of the house. “Overall the impact on the subject property and its surroundings would be positive.”
The couple, who tied the knot in 2011, bought the house for £3.2million in 2008 but it is now believed to be worth £6million.
It has a basement kitchen, conservatory, utility room, bedroom and bathroom, as well as a double reception room and study on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom, a dressing room and a bathroom and on the second floor there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms.
In 2010, the couple were given the go-ahead to make internal renovations to the first floor, including reconfiguring the floor plan and relocating two interior doors.
They also received planning permission to move an existing bathroom to the rear and remove a partition between the master bedroom and bathroom.
The couple have now officially applied to the council for a single-storey rear extension and internal works from the basement to the first floor with a rear balcony on the first floor.
There have been no objections from neighbors so far, but in a separate planning application Craig also wants to fell a laurel tree as part of plans for a garden makeover, including further tree planting.
But in a letter to the council, neighbor Colin Jacobson wrote: “My concern is to ensure that the fall of this tree and associated landscaping does not have a negative impact on the two magnificent plane trees at the rear of the site.”
“These trees were an integral part of my family’s life and experience, providing vital oxygen in this notoriously traffic-congested area.”
Couple: Daniel and Rachel (pictured in November 2015), who tied the knot in 2011, bought the apartment for £3.2million in 2008 but it is now thought to be worth £6million
“I therefore call on the Tree Division to be extremely vigilant to ensure the long-term survival of these trees in this and all future similar applications.”
“It would also be encouraging to receive assurances from applicants that they too value the plane trees and will do all they can to protect and care for them.”
Council officials are expected to make a decision later this year and so far there have been no objections from neighbors.
If approved, construction is expected to begin next April and be completed in July.
