Danny Masterson has agreed to give his ex-wife Bijou Phillips sole custody of their daughter.

The That ’70s Show actor is currently serving a minimum 30-year prison sentence for rape.

Legal documents obtained by TMZ revealed that Danny Masterson has given custody of their nine-year-old daughter Fianna to his ex. The American star also requested visitation rights, which, if granted, must be monitored by prison staff.

Bijou Phillips supported Danny Masterson during his trial and provided a character statement for the judge to consider before sentencing. She filed for divorce shortly after he was sent to prison in September for raping two women in the early 2000s.

When the Raising Hope actress announced her plans to end the marriage, she acknowledged her ex-husband’s devotion to Fianna. “This time has been incredibly hard on their marriage and their family,” Bijou Phillips’ attorney Peter A. Lauzon told TMZ at the time. Mr. Masterson was always there for Ms. Phillips during the most difficult times of her life. The two stars married in 2011 after seven years of dating.
