Charlie Cox is back as Matt Murdock in the Marvel reboot Daredevil: Born Again, as photos from the set in New York City were released on Wednesday.
In the snaps, the actor can be seen reprising his role as the titular lawyer by day and criminal by night, nearly six years after Netflix canceled the original series.
Cox's Murdock is seen getting cozy with his co-star Margarita Levieva, whose character is being kept secret although reports suggest she portrays Murdock's love interest, Heather Glenn.
The sneak peek seems to confirm that she will be involved in some sort of romantic entanglement with the Disney+ leading lady, as the pair engage in PDA while filming the scene.
Vincent D'Onofrio was also on set reprising his role as Wilson Fisk aka Kingpin.

The veteran actor filmed a reunion with Cox at what appeared to be Tribeca's Square Diner, a familiar location that was featured in both the first and second seasons of Daredevil.
The set photos capturing Fisk's encounter with Murdock strongly suggest that Kingpin may still be aware of Matt's dual identity as Daredevil.
This revelation was first revealed and confirmed during the events of Daredevil season 3.
Michael Gandolfini, the son of late “Sopranos” star James Gandolfini, was also photographed on set as his role as Daniel Blade was recently revealed for the remake.
Although no further details about the character are available, some fans believe he may be playing a younger version of Kingpin.
“I think all I can say about my character is that my character is from Staten Island, and that's about it,” Gandolfini previously told Collider.
“I mean, it's incredible.” “It's so, so exciting and daunting and everyone is so nice and so talented,” he said of filming the comic book adaptation.

This film was released by 20th Century Fox just a few years before Marvel formed Marvel Studios and branched out on their own to create the popular Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Marvel's now-defunct television division spearheaded the Daredevil series on Netflix, along with Jessica Jones starring Krysten Ritter, Luke Cage starring Mike Colter, and Iron Fist starring Finn Jones.
Each of these New York-based heroes came together to form The Defenders, which aired as a special miniseries event in 2017.
