Catherine Taffarel and Frederico Monteiro, already parents of a twoyearold boy, got married in style this Saturday afternoon. The location chosen for the outdoor ceremony was Castello di Segalari in beautiful Tuscany, Italy, surrounded by greenery and mountains.
Catherine, daughter of Taffarel, the former fourtime world goalkeeper, welcomed friends and family to celebrate her union with her husband, an engineer. However, the celebration had already started last Friday with a prewedding party. Among those present was Claudio De Angelis Taffarel, youngest son of the former athlete, who was accompanied by his girlfriend Gabriela Azambuja.

Catherine Taffarel is 29 years old and has a law degree. In 2018, she completed her master’s degree in Sports Management and Legal Competencies in Barcelona, Spain.
