David Beckham poked fun at his wife Victoria as he gave fans a glimpse of his New Year's celebrations on Sunday.
The former footballer, 48, and his fashion designer wife Victoria, 49, enjoyed a lavish lunch with their parents Tony and Jackie Adams at The Ritz London on New Year's Eve.
And the sportsman couldn't resist pointing out the moment in his BECKHAM Netflix series when former Spice Girl Victoria claimed she came from a “very working class” family, despite her father raising her in one when she was younger drove a Rolls-Royce car to school.
David, president and co-owner of the Inter Miami soccer team, posted a picture of himself and his loved ones having dinner on Instagram this weekend.
He captioned his post: “Just a nice casual New Year's Eve lunch at The Ritz.” @victoriabeckham Very working class. “My mother-in-law and father-in-law left in their Rolls.”

One particular moment amused fans when Victoria said she came from a “working class” family, prompting David to point out that her father used to drive her to school in a Rolls-Royce.
In a section about growing up, Victoria says, “We both come from families that work very hard, we're working class.”
Hearing the interview from another room, David pokes his head around the door and says, “Be honest!” before an excited Victoria replies, “I'm honest!”
David then asks her, “What car did your father drive you to school in?”
She stutters, “That's how my father did it…” before he interrupts her with the words, “It only takes one answer!”
Posh replies that it's not an “easy answer” before asking her again what car it is.

Then she says: “That depends, but yes, in the '80s my father had a Rolls-Royce!” – before David replies “Thanks” and leaves.
It came after Victoria put on a very affectionate display with her husband David as they enjoyed a meal with their family.
The artist, formerly known as Posh, took to Instagram on Saturday to give a glimpse of her evening by sharing a gallery of snaps.
Victoria was joined by David and her son Romeo, 21, and his girlfriend Mia, their other children Cruz, 18, and Harper, 12, and Victoria's parents Tony and Jackie.
In the snap, Victoria made a glamorous appearance in a black ensemble as she snuggled up to David, who looked equally suave in a black turtleneck and blazer.
The couple, who tied the knot in 1999, looked as in love as ever as they sat arm in arm during the lavish meal.
David also hugged his daughter Harper, who wore a gray dress and lovingly placed her arm around her father's shoulders.

The mother-son duo were seen laughing together in one shot, while David also snapped a heartwarming selfie.

Behind the camera, Victoria showed off the huge wooden structure in her spacious garden and asked: “What did you get for Christmas, David?”
He replied, “A few chickens and a rooster,” while his wife continued, “Beckham’s chickens.”
She then joked: “There's a really huge cock in there too!” before describing her new feathered friends as “camera shy”.
