David and Victoria Beckham plan to move away from the great Tew riot and abandon their dream home in the Cotswolds after being put off by noise from a nearby celebrity hangout
- The couple typically retired from their £25million London townhouse to the barn
- However, visitors to the Soho Farmhouse must drive past the couple’s home
- The number of cars driving to the nearby venue is said to have at least doubled
David and Victoria Beckham are set to give up their dream home in the Cotswolds – after they were reportedly put off by traffic noise at nearby celebrity hangout Soho Farmhouse.
The couple, who retire from their £25million west London mansion to the converted barn at the weekends, are looking for another property or land near the picturesque village of Great Tew following the expansion of their private club.
Visitors to the venue, which has been used for parties by the likes of Meghan Markle, Tom Cruise and James Corden, must drive past the Beckhams’ estate to get there.
The Soho Farmhouse was already open when the Beckhams bought their retreat in 2017, but the number of cars that drive there is said to have at least doubled in the past two years.

A source close to the couple told The Mail on Sunday: “David and Victoria love their barn and they absolutely love Great Tew, but the traffic and noise that comes from it has made it very difficult to get there now Life.
“They love going to the Cotswolds and they also enjoy spending time at Soho Farmhouse, but they think it’s time to find another property to spend their weekends at, just not too far away. It’s such a shame – so much love went into this home and they got it exactly how they wanted it. It is their sanctuary.”

It is not known if the couple will sell or rent out their Grade I listed farmhouse, which they bought for £6million.
Following the Beckhams’ improvements, the property has a sauna, plunge pool, football pitch, gym, swimming pool and safari tent worth £50,000 on site for entertainment and is now valued at around £12m.
