David Beckham supports son Romeo during the football game as he covers his new buzzcut with a flat cap

David Beckham stepped out to support his son Romeo as his team Brentford B played Leicester City U21s on Friday.

The 48-year-old former soccer player, who recently sported a new buzzcut, kept warm by covering his head with a flat cap while watching the game.

Romeo, 21, signed for the team on a six-month loan deal in January 2023 and was made permanent in June. Brentford B won 1-0.

David completed his look with a Barbour wax coat and navy jeans and appeared engrossed in the game as he took his place in the stands.

After being spotted in the crowd, he greeted fans with a hug as they stopped to take selfies with him.

Earlier in the day, David was in true farmer mode as he shared a hilarious snap on Instagram showing him with a baby goat.

While the cute animal certainly turned heads, David’s hair stole the show as he showed off a completely thinner look in his latest Instagram selfie, where he posed alongside fellow footballer Thierry Henry two days earlier.

It’s unclear whether the image was a throwback or whether the star – known for his passion for changing hairstyles – had reached for the clippers again.

The former England captain shared the Instagram post with a cheeky caption referencing Lionel Messi and his signing with his team Inter Miami.

Referring to the term GOAT (Greatest Of All Time), used to describe athletes at their best, he wrote: “I found a little friend in the country.” And no, Harper Seven, I’m sorry we are can’t keep. We have enough GOATs @intermiamicf’ at the moment.

Back in July, David and his Inter Miami co-owner Jorge Mas officially welcomed Messi, considered one of the greatest players of the modern era, to the team for a whopping $60 million per year – undoubtedly making him the jewel in David’s crown .

However, as he left the field and returned to his farm, David looked delighted as he held the baby goat while wearing a waxed jacket and blue shirt.

In his snap, he showed off his short buzzcut, which appeared to have a thinner covering of hair than what he showed off earlier in the week.
