Former ATP number 3 David Nalbandian is in difficult waters. He is being stalked by his ex-girlfriend because she planted a hidden camera in his apartment to spy on him.
According to US Sun, a judge ruled that the 41-year-old Argentine had actually installed a device in an air conditioning grill, as shown in a video circulating on social media.

However, the judge pointed out that it was not a crime because Nalbandian and Araceli Torrado were living together in that apartment in Italy at the time the camera was placed. According to Chron, they started dating between September 2022 and June 2023.
According to a publication on social media, Torrado, 29, is suing his former partner for sexual harassment and criminal harassment.
During his tennis career, Nalbandian reached the final of a Grand Slam tournament in 2002. One of the best players of the 2000s, he also won the 2005 ATP year-end tournament. He retired in 2013 after 13 years in professional sports.
