Dayanara Torres came to her native Puerto Rico to host Univision’s Premios Juventud for the first time, which caused a lot of emotion for the former Miss Universe. Part of it has to do with that Marcelo Gamaher friend and leader of all that made this gala honoring Latin American talent.
In an interview with Astrid Rivera on Despierta America, the Puerto Rican spoke about what it meant to her to work with her partner at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico tonight.
“I think he’s a person who gives me so much peace, that’s one of the things that fascinates me the most about him. He’s very calm, he’s extremely calm. Chaos can happen, there could be a hurricane behind him, the stage could collapse and he’s the calmest person and he gives me peace,” the TV host said.
Also, Rivera asked him if it was possible to fall in love after such a long time. “I’m proof of that. I think maybe that’s why it took so long. I was single for almost 18 years,” the Puerto Rican admitted.
He also answered the question of whether he would marry again or not. “I don’t know if I would marry or not. I do not think so. Right now I want to enjoy this wonderful stage, which I consider a gift. It’s a blessing that God saved it for me until the end. I’m happy… It was about time and I deserved it,” he commented with a smile on his face.
Dayanara Torres confesses why she returned to Miami
