death of a motorcyclist after a collision with a car on M

This Sunday, March 6, shortly before noon, there was a violent collision between a car and a motorcycle. The biker, who was taken to CU Saint-Denis in a serious condition, finally died.

On the roads of Reunion, a new victim should be regretted. This Sunday, March 6, at the end of the morning, a serious accident occurred on the way to the Mountain: a biker was hit by a motorist.

The pilot of a large cube thrown 25 meters under the road, unfortunately, did not survive. He died at CHU Saint-Denis, where he was taken in a very distressing condition.

He had his first cardiac arrest in an ambulance that was taking him to the hospital, but then the rescuers managed to resuscitate him.

The victim was riding a motorcycle with friends. Jean-Pierre Damour, that’s his name, was famous in the world of motorsport. In particular, in the rally world as a navigator, together with Julian Gerard.

“Our passionate friend Jean-Pierre Pouake has just left us…,” the relative says in shock. Jean-Pierre Damour “always had a smile,” “he was really passionate and gave me the courage to pursue my dreams and live my passion,” his friend continues.
Since then, several messages of condolence have been posted on social media, and in particular on the Tour auto Rallye de La Réunion Facebook page.
