PISTOIA. Two farewells, two farewell moments from a daughter, a colleague, a dear friend.
The coffin of Ludovica Bargellini, the young actress from Pistoia who died in a car accident in Via Colombo in Rome on Monday evening, is exhibited both in the capital and in Pistoia. The decision came from Ludovica’s family, who had been living permanently in the capital for several years, where she worked as a theatrical costume designer while trying to get roles in film and television productions.
After attending the Polimoda in Florence, Ludovica enrolled at the Experimental Center of Cinematography in Rome, where she received a diploma in costume, while attending acting courses at the Action Theater. Green eyes, long dark hair, a beautiful smile, Ludovica has been chosen for her ad campaigns by Campari, Now TV, Dolce & Gabbana. In 2016 he made his debut in television series. He worked as a costume designer in the fiction of Oscar-winning director Paolo Sorrentino. The director was looking for a girl who could interpret Bernini’s statue of Santa Teresa. Sorrentino chose Ludovica thanks to her marble complexion and a face reminiscent of the Italian sculptor’s masterpiece.
The young woman came back from a party at “Divino Amore” on Monday evening: “A braciolata, the toasts and the chat about current and future projects,” said friends of the Roman edition of Repubblica. “She wasn’t drunk – they add – if we had realized that she couldn’t go home on her own, we would have accompanied her home”.
“The most likely hypothesis – says the uncle, Enrico Miniati – is that he fell asleep. It was very close to home, less than 5 minutes by car ». The accident happened in the Montagnola district, near the intersection between Via Colombo and Via di Grotta Perfetta.
The uncles are in Rome with their parents, Stefano Bargellini (retired municipal officer) e Daniela Karobbi (Teacher). “They are devastated, as you can imagine, but they understood how much affection Ludovica could attract.” An external examination is carried out on the corpse: “Liability in the event of accidents is excluded,” explains the uncle. After approval by the magistrate, the two farewell moments are determined. First in Rome, then in the chapels of the Misericordia in Via del Can Bianco. Saturday or rather Tuesday.
