Demi Moore seems to be having the best time celebrating the 4th of July.
The 60-year-old actress just posted some super powerful swimsuit pics with her pup on Instagram.
The actress doesn’t reveal much about her fitness and diet plans these days, but she’s staying strong thanks to The Mirror, which she uses for her workouts.
The Fourth of July is the perfect time to relax in the sun and have fun with friends and family. Well, Demi Moore did just that and more during her 2023 Independence Day celebration.
The 60-year-old star just shared photos to Instagram of her wearing the coolest ikat-print swimsuit while stretching out in the sun with her pup, Pilaf. There’s Demi flaunting her toned abs while posing with Pilaf next to a tree, Demi flaunting her sculpted legs while relaxing with Pilaf on a comfy looking lounger, and Demi seemingly having the best time of her life hopping around on a tree trampoline on a lake (Pilaw skipped that part).
“Happy Independence Day! Don’t forget your SPF ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️,” she wrote in the caption.

Demi recently revealed on Instagram that she took a short break from training but was able to start again with the help of The Mirror (now called Lululemon Studio). She usually started with a 15-minute dance cardio routine. “It’s doable when you haven’t trained for more than four years, right? I hesitate!” she wrote in an IG caption.
Apparently it was quite doable as Demi shared more workouts afterwards. And she definitely looks super strong.
Though she hasn’t revealed much about her current diet plans, she said she used to follow intense diets but is finding more balance these days. Demi is following a raw and vegan diet to boost her energy levels and stay on a healthy path, according to The Chron.
