“I’m in shock like everyone else. It was going at breakneck speed,” she said on LCN.

Ms. Bombardier was active and committed to various causes. She didn’t let anyone believe that she suffered from any health problems.

“She was a lover of culture and life. We have been to several film presentations or book presentations. She even played a Marie Antoinette character in the film Alice Tremblay, directed by Denise Filiatrault.

“I’ve known her for over 20 years. He was someone who was in the life of Denys Arcand [ndlr : le conjoint de Mme Robert] for a very, very long time because they had known each other at university. They got to know each other a lot.”

Ms. Robert will remember a fun-loving connoisseur “who loved to laugh”.

“She was like a kid who likes to eat and drink good wine and then have fun with her friends. She was curious about absolutely everything and had an opinion on everything!” joked Ms. Robert.

“Quebec loses a great woman.”
